Glicine at Santa Caterina
A fine dining Michelin-starred restaurant offering spectacular views of the coast from the Hotel Santa Catarina. Ideal for a romantic dinner, it features gourmet dishes crafted from seasonal ingredients. Chef Giuseppe Stanzione (or “Peppe”) will guide you through delicious tasting menus, or head straight to the decadent a la carte options. The uniqueness in many of the dishes is found in the Chef’s training around the world, where he found a love for Asian cuisine. Blue lobster in a Thai sauce or the lemon soufflé with citrus ice cream and cardamom sauce for something a little different from the typical fare on the coast.

Marinella Restaurant
Located in Borgo Santandrea, this restaurant is a celebration of the local terroir, with a focus on transforming simple Italian classics into meticulously crafted dishes that are a genuine delight. The Executive Chef, Crescenzo Scotti, says the dishes reinterpret the tastes of his land, Campania. He describes the way he presents food as a 'hymn to tradition' that will speak of 'poems that tell of a pasta dish tasted on a terrace by the sea.' Once you taste the Baccala' Tiepido (Creamed Cod Fish) or Maiale Nero (Black Pork Shoulder), you can't help but speak his language.

Pansa Pasticceria
Not a restaurant, but it’s hard not to mention this infamous pastry shop. With still a few seats outside to perch and water passersby, this spot is open midnight to serve up cookies, pastry confections and delectable chocolates.

Il Pirata Ristorante

Un Piano Nel Cielo
The name translates to “a floor in the sky,” and that’s just what you’ll feel dining seaside at this Michelin-starred restaurant in Casa Angelina. Executive Chef Leopoldo Elefante has been cooking since he was a teenager, learning from his mother and grandmother. His signature dish is the dentex, a fish dish that’s baked and served with potatoes and cherry tomatoes with a clam sauce. Pair it with one of the over one thousand wines from the sommelier.

Conca del Sogno
A luxurious restaurant set in a secluded bay, offering gourmet cuisine and spectacular views. Another great boat day spot, this restaurant moonlights as a beach club, so it’s definitely got a vibe. Auras Restaurant

Da Concettina ai Tre Santi
In the working class district of Sanità lies this family-run pizzeria that’s been around for over sixty years. The pizzas are modern while still holding onto the traditional roots.

Sea Front Pasta Bar
If there was ever a pasta concept store, this would be it. The restaurant itself serves up pasta in all its forms, at a literal bar where you can see the chefs work their magic. From there, shop the store for neapolitan delicacies and if you really can’t get enough, they ship worldwide on their website and have another restaurant and shop in NYC’s Chelsea Market.

50 Kalo
Named ‘one of the best pizzas in Italy,’ the aptly named ‘King of Dough’ Ciro Silvo is a third generation pizza master. His focus is not only great pizza, but lightness (and thus digestibility) of the dough. So, go ahead and grab an extra slice.

Gran Caffè Gambrinus
This landmark, salon-style cafe is a gorgeous example of Naple’s history. Facing Piazza del Plebiscito and right next to the Royal Palace of Naples, this spot is a must-do for breakfast, a coffee and pastry or dessert. The art nouveau interiors house famous works from contemporary Italian artists, commissioned by the restaurant’s (originally a club) founder, Vincenzo Apuzzo.

Pintauro
This is the spot to go for traditional Naples pastries, including frolla (a buttery shortcrust dough) and the best sfogliatella of your life, that’s the one with about a million thin layers of dough with a sweet cream filling. Take a few to go!

Signora Bettola
A perfect spot to enjoy traditional Neapolitan cruising in vintage interiors. Classic and family recipe-style dishes include the Margherita pizza, rich ragù and spaghetti Nerano, all served up with a selection of local wines. There’s a couple locations in Naples, both are delicious.
